Located in Woolwich, Armourer’s Court forms part of the wider Royal Arsenal Masterplan that Berkeley has been developing for over 20 years. A previous proposal for the development of the site received a resolution to grant consent from the Royal Borough of Greenwich in December 2022. However, following changed in Building Regulations, we are now updating our plans with the intention to deliver 575 high-quality homes and public realm in this part of Woolwich.
